Before you can be accepted as a client, we need to collect some information.
We need the basics, such as size of the company, how long it's been in business and the general purpose for your consultation and analysis. The form takes about 5 minutes to complete.
As a part of the Intake Process, we need to follow up your Intake Form with a personal phone call.
We assess your situation and your needs as well as collect additional information and make any needed clarifications.
Within 72 Business hours of speaking with you in person, via Zoom, Teams or telephone, (and any needed follow up,) we present you with a written Proposal.
The Proposal itemizies your goals and objectictives. It also includes any custom services you require as well as a time line for completion and payment terms.
Depending on your specific needs and the scope of work, your proposal includes travel and outside services that may also be required.
NO ADDED COSTS, UNLESS PRIOR APPROVAL IS OBTAINED.
All of our work is completely CONFIDENTIAL and we put that in writing, as well as NDA's and Non Compete Agreements.
Final details are arranged and any information still needed is collected.
Larger Projects have several "check in" dates, where we collect more information if required to accomplish your goals.
It is our intention that our work gets you conclusive answers with a firm direction, plan and budget. That your needs are met and the problem rectified one way or another, with GBA involvement and direction.
After receiving the authorized documents via docusign and retainer amount (or total cost,) depending on scope of the work, the real work begins!
Depending on the scope of the project, we may have another short meeting to firm up final details and timelines.
Some clients prefer several check ins a week, and depending on the size of the project, this may be beneficial to keep everything on track.
